Kathryn knows what a difference it can make for women to engage in retirement coaching when considering and choosing to change for the next phase of their lives.
She is excited to be working with women in this area, so they can move successfully to living the retirement life they want.
With the focus on transitioning to retirement, the coaching process is utilised to work with individuals, groups and organisations aimed at inspiring women to act and plan for their retirement life.
The coaching service inspires women to:
Create new thinking to achieve positive change
Explore options and work with women to decide on the ones best suited
Come up with a personal plan and timeline for taking action
Women who use coaching will learn the processes which will enable them to transition successfully to a retirement life that is meaningful and enjoyable for them.
